Daughter of Yngve and Elinor Hoij Carlson. Berit is survived by three sons,two daughters and ten grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Wallace E. Turnquist whom she married 12/9/1953 and who died 7/23/2000. Berit was a teachers aide for thirty years.
